I paid and received an item that was misrepresented. After a discussion with the seller e-bay approved the return sent a label and I sent it back. After the seller joked about never returning my money, paypal credit decided that I still had to pay for it. So the seller probably resold the item and got paid for the item by me also. Even after three disputes paypal credit said too bad pay up!! Paypal could careless about the facts and is only standing behind paypal credit.
