I just spoke to PaymentUS. They said the 1/4 payments were "approved" on 1/10, but mine still hasn't posted today and it's a mortgage payment that will be overdue by 1/17 when they told me to call back if it wasn't resolved. PaymentUS was very open and helpful, more so than PayPal customer service has been to be honest. But agree with others that this is unacceptable - 7 business days and still not posted!!! - and has now had a financial impact because of the failure of PayPal and PaymentUS. @PayPal_JonK would love to hear that PayPal will be compensating those of us affected, or somehow making us whole to retain us as customers and make up for this mess; what is PayPal's plan in this regard?
