@codeNovels you can call PaymentUS and their customer service team are pretty good. Would also recommend calling Dovenmuehle and asking for the email for the research team and for them to look for the payment from their end. Your bank probably has a similar process, so suggest you ask them to look for the payment too. Sad to hear this is still happening. When my payment finally posted on the 17th from a 1/4 send date, the PaymentUS rep had told me they had resolved the issue, but clearly not. 🤷♂️
