An unauthorised transaction, pay in 3 was taken twice, a day after one other, only one transaction is showing in my Paypal account but 2 are showing in my bank statement, one on the 21st Dec and the other 22nd Dec and money has definitely been deducted from my bank balance. Paypal closed my case within just a few hours, stating there is no unauthorised transaction. Who do I contact. Thank you
