Paypal will refind you if you get a letter from the post office stating that the package was not delivered to your house. After a brief investigation, my postmaster gave me that info (they are very familiar with these kinds of fraudsters) and I aent the letter to PayPal and got my $ back

I was able to show PayPal that the tracking information the fraudulent company provided was a scam. I went to the post office and they can verify the tracking information and the address and the package was not delivered to my house. Just an address in my zip code. The post office gave me a letter saying this, and I reopened the case with PayPal and they refunded my money right away.

I fell for this as well and had the exact same experience. Legit looking USPS tracking info that really only says that a package was delivered to my zip code. Doesn't say anything about my address. PayPal sided with the seller and I'm out $100. Paypal sucks, they are siding with a fraudster over a paying customer.
