Hi all, Whenever I try to request account deletion I always get this email: My account isn't locked and I think it's not limited. I don't have a negative balance, its precisely 0,00. We're having trouble closing your account You recently reached out to let us know you want to delete your PayPal account data. Before we can delete your data, your account needs to be closed. We’re having trouble closing your account because: Your account is locked or limited. If it's locked, please contact Customer Service for assistance. If it's limited, please go to the Resolution Center, select Go to Account Limitations, then click Resolve for specific instructions. Once you resolve the issue, please submit a new data deletion request. Then, once your account is closed, we’ll email you to let you know what data we can delete.
