  Yeah, but that doesn't work. If it did I'd have closed my account in 2022 or 2023. As you see I'm still coming back so it doesn't work. You send me to Fb where they just reply to all customers to go back to their help center. There are no Customer Care Agents available. PP is one of the worst companies out there, I regret ever singing up for their service. ... View more

Hello! I'm having some problems closing my PayPal account. I followed the steps to close my account, but it tells me that "there are still some steps to solve". Can you please tell me what I could do to solve this problem and to succeed in closing my paypal account. Is it because I don't have a linked bank card? Thanks! ... View more

Hi all, Whenever I try to request account deletion I always get this email: My account isn't locked and I think it's not limited. I don't have a negative balance, its precisely 0,00.   We're having trouble closing your account You recently reached out to let us know you want to delete your PayPal account data. Before we can delete your data, your account needs to be closed. We’re having trouble closing your account because: Your account is locked or limited. If it's locked, please contact Customer Service for assistance. If it's limited, please go to the Resolution Center, select Go to Account Limitations, then click Resolve for specific instructions. Once you resolve the issue, please submit a new data deletion request. Then, once your account is closed, we’ll email you to let you know what data we can delete. You can find out more about our data processing activities in our Privacy Statement. If you still have questions about how PayPal processes your personal data, the customer experience you’ve received, you can contact us. Hello, why am I not able to close my account? Every time I select the "Close your account" option I get this message:   "Before you close your account… There's something that needs to be resolved. Please contact customer service, and we'll help you with it."   There's nothing to be resolved, I've removed all my cards and bank accounts information and I have no money to send or withdraw, no recent transactions. ...
