Please help me. I don't know why this account was permanently limited but maybe it's because I created a new account with the same credentials but with a different email, it was just a misunderstanding and I was not trying to make duplicate accounts or anything, it was mainly because it was taking too long for my name to be edited since there was a mistake and I couldn't link my Gcash account because of it and it was a very important matter that time so I needed it to be linked asap. So, I created one using the same credentials but with a different email and verified it, and maybe that's why this account got flagged but the problem now is I can't link it because my Gcash account doesn't have the same email with the one that I newly created, so I wanted to delete this account and remove the email address so I can use it on the account that I newly created to link it to my Gcash but now I can't remove my email address here or delete this account because it is permanently limited.
