Help! I was attempting to send some money to my brother's PayPal account. I used what I had available in my PayPal balance and unfortunately he never received the money. When this was brought to my attention I immediately logged into my PayPal account and realized I had made a mistake and sent these funds to the incorrect email. The transaction says "COMPLETE" so I was unable to try and cancel this transaction. I have tried contacting this person by messaging them through PayPal with no success as I have still not received a response and/or refunded the money by them. What can be done to get my money back?
