I did use that address to send the package to but after I payed Postnet to deliver it I got a mail from PayPal that the address has changed and that I need to change the package shipping address to the new address given to me then I need to send the proofment to the paypalverifier. So I did call Postnet to change the shipping address so they could send me a copy of the delivery proofment so I can verify it to get my money. Know I am wondering what if he changes his address again will I lose my phone and money?

My customer bought a phone from me and sended me the payment and after I payed Postnet to deliver it to his address I got a mail that said his address changed and I have to change the delivery address and verify it before I can get my payment, can someone explain if this is a scam or not?
