I literally only use my account for ordering food and some apps such as spotify. I recently commissioned emotes but that shouldn't limit me. My last purchase was a food order and I had paid someone for an emote commission Is there anyway I can reach out to Paypal to resolve this since the resolution center is pretty useless?
