I bought software from seller only to find out it doesnt have a product key and is unusable. so i did let him know. And he did say to email software back and he would refund me. Long story short... the timelapses in communication and all the ideas he wanted me to try to get a product key ... like emaling my the software to a company and paying 10 dollars which he would refund me "if " it worked ect... Through alll that it is now taking me close to my 45 day limit for putting in a dispute. SHOULD I FILE A DISPUTE EVEN THOUGH HE HAS AGREED TO REFUND ME AFTER I SEND THE PRODUCT BACK? I did ask him if he could refund me before he gets the product back, by he never responded about that issue. By the time he gets the software (i have it packaged now and ready to go) the 45 days will pass. I dont want the seller to get mad if i file a dispute but i do want to be protected at the same time. Any comments would be greatly appreciated. Thanks! also, how long do i have to leave feedback?
