I have the same situation. Got an email saying an unusual charge was attempted to one of my cards. Went separately to log in to my PP account, and got the same message. Clicked on the link and it was a link to download the app, which I'm not going to do. I called customer service and they told me that they had no record of any transactions being attempted after my last recorded transaction, which is a monthly pre approved charge. If they are blocking my transactions, they should be able to tell me which transactions are being blocked, right? It seems like if they're acting like a bank and can block transactions they should have some type of record of it.
