I have opened a dispute about a purchase for a digital product. The company has said they will refund me but they can only do that if I close the case. They say if I escalate the case, I may not get my money back. Of course, when I close the case, I can not re-open the case and this company could not give the refund and just ignore me. Can I trust them? How likely is it, I get my money back if I escalate the case?
