To cut a very long story short, I have 2 historical Paypal accounts which I can no longer access but which have o/s balances on them (£1,340 and £230).
Originally, the debts were passed to debt collectors (a different one for each) but, at the time, I was unemployed and unable to make any payments nor promises to pay.
I am now in a position to pay both debts in full, as I am working again. However, both of the debt collectors have confirmed that the accounts have been returned to Paypal and that they cannot process payment on their behalf any longer.
As I cannot access the accounts to make the payments, how do I go about making the payments to Paypal?
