Purchased laptop on ebay for $150. Seller sent item no as described. I applied for $100 refund on ebay since seller rejected my return request. Later ebay said will refund if i return the laptop. But never mention how much they will refund. So how to make appeal @ contact paypal to verifiy how much ebay will refund on this case?
