THIS IS VERY ANNOYING that this topic hasn't been resolved yet... I want to send payments, but without adding bank account nothing would happen.. --> Every time, I try to add Bank Account and card; I get the below error: "There’s a problem with your account. Please go to the resolution center so we can help you resolve this quickly." --> I click the above link and 'Resolution Center' page opens up with following message: "Your account access is limited: To view and resolve the limitations that have been applied on your account, you can visit the account limitations page. Go to Account Limitations" --> On the next page.. message with Title 'We need some information from you' appears with 'Resolve' Button within 'Upload a Photo ID' dialogue box. THE ISSUE: Whenever I Click the 'Resolve' Button a 'Document Upload Page' pops up (see attached image) with TOTALLY UNRESPONSIVE buttons and links... It seems like the problem is from the backend..
