PayPal is stealing my money. A friend sent $600 to my account and then when it was finally off of the temp hold he thought it was a second transaction and ended up making a chargeback. After realizing his mistake he went and had his bank remove the chargeback. But meanwhile, my account is -$600 which they automatically sent back to my friend's bank, but my friend's bank had sent them a notice saying the chargeback was removed. This was in early July EARLY JULY!!! I've talked to customer support from over seas and couldn't even understand half of what they said, but they just gave me the run around and didn't do a thing to help me. The dispute says its closed but my account is still -$600. The money never got back to my friend. And the fraud division of his bank said PayPal had the money the whole time and that its up to PayPal to release the money. IT is now August 13th the chargeback was June 6th, PayPal took the $600 from my account on July 1 Stating it was the settlement for the chargeback. [removed] is going on? I'm getting ready to contact a lawyer and start litigation against PayPal. And every time I get money PayPal steals it cuz PayPal refuses to credit my account. PAYPAL IS STEALING MY MONEY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! STOP USING PAYPAL NOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! USE A REAL BANK, A REAL BANK WON'T COMMIT FRAUD AGAINST YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
PayPal also refuses to release my debit cards from the account cuz they want to steal money from them. BEWARE!!!!!!!! I've had them cards canceled and reported paypal as committing fraud against me via the bank from which the debit card is activated from.
