I made a transaction for AirBnB. Somehow there was a bug during the "ordering" process and the amount was deducted twice from my account. After 4 working days I started an official complaint via PayPal. Immediately after I sent out the complaint I have seen that there is written that for doubled bookings it can take up to 5 days. Therefore I closed my complaint directly after I have opened it. A few days later AirBnB canceled my booking completely (I think because of my complaint PayPal freezed also the other payment which was correct). Then I placed a new booking for the same apartment, but now three weeks later I still have no refund from the first booking process. So I paid three times and get only one refund. I already contacted AirBnB and they told me that they received only one payment and I should contact PayPal.
