Hello Jack, I have been a loyal customer with PayPal since 2005. I received the same message with no explanation. I am very upset because my payment methods cannot be removed. This is very concerning, the only thing I received is the notice that it is permanently restricted. I have been accused of participating in a ponsy scheme, or something illegal. I have a PayPal credit account which is in good standing. I have had it for a few months. Now if there was a problem with my account why would they have offered me a credit account. After reviewing the other messages this seems to be geared towards those who are honest in good standing. I have contacted customer support filing a grievance for being improperly singled out with NO CONCRETE EXPLANATION. I have reviewed my statements going back to 2020, there is no indication of wrongful misconduct. I am the first to admit if I am wrong, but this is not the case. Very scary situation that I expect a resolution very soon.
