Hello - we have been with PayPal for 12 years and Braintree for around 8 months. Braintree has worked perfectly for us from the get go, with daily disbursements also working just fine. After our disbursement on April 27th, we have had no further ones. I can see over £6000 in the settlement reports, but the disbursement reports confirm no disbursements and also our bank account. I have tried and tried with Braintree and their level of support is frankly appalling, to the point where we are now looking to switch to another provider. Has anyone else suffered a similar issue and did you manage to resolve it? Many thanks in advance, Paul.
