Hi all, I had a problem with adding a bank account to my account, I contacted support to solve the problem, provided all the requested documents. I was told that I should leave the account for 72 hours and after that the blocking will be removed. I followed the instructions of the support agent, but nothing has changed. Please help me to solve this problem. I also asked for a phone number from support in order to resolve this issue over the phone, but I was told that everything can be done through chat.
