As three people reported to have the same problem and I found several threats about this problem with the same or worst answers, I am going to paste the answer from the service desk. 'Thank you for the screenshot. It might be due to risk the preferred funding method is not available. So please add new card or bank to make the payment." My bank works only on appointments to sign the papers of a new card (with a new cost) or to open a new account. I will have to ask for holidays to my job. I don't expect to have an answer to this threat in the next 2 to 3 weeks and tell you if this worked. If anyone read this, you can try this suggested solution by the Service Desk and give us feedback meanwhile.
