I have no idea what caused the problem. Called by bank but I don't think an extra online security setup was the solution. My wife had the identical problem a few days before I experienced it. Hello Aswani, Thank you for taking the time to reply to my issue. The references you give me I have already checked out, so I contacted my bank today. My advisor told me the card was not set up with 3D online security. This has been done now and I will first be able to see if this solves the issue, next time I will make a PayPal transaction. What puzzles me is I have had no issues at all prior to this. I made a payment juts a week prior to this and no problems whatsoever. Now let us see if it solved the problem. Best regards, Anders

Last night I tried to transfer an amount to my friend. The linked and preferred card is my Master Card. After all the authentification, being ready to send the payment I get a message saying that my payment has been denied and that I have to find another Payment method. I finally did that after two denied payments on my Master Card, linking my VISA Card. The payment went through. I have never experienced that problem before and the Marster Card is fully valid. I have tried to contact PayPal to ask them to check what might cause this issue, but to get in contact with a living PayPal agent is impossible. How to I solv this issue? Thanks, Anders

Hi sharpiemarker, Thanks for your reply. My problem is, I can't enter the shipping address of my friend in Jaffrey, NH, as PP says the zip code is not valid? The zip code is <removed> but PP will not accept it. So I had to add it in an awkward way, putting the zip code into the "Address 2" input field and in the Zip-code field, just add "0000" (four zero's) Hope you have some solution to this. Best, Anders
