A buyer paid for a digital service and signed a contract stating they'd receive said service by May 3rd, 2022. Buyer got angry with me when I took 36 hours to respond to her emails, and has now filed a dispute here on PP, claiming I didn't do the work and she didn't receive what I paid for AND I am not replying to her. I replied to her consistently up until 3 hours prior to posting this question right now. I sent everything to PayPal, but what I want to know is, can this get my PP account shut down due to her lies? I'm terrified. I use this for work and to pay my bills!
