I filled in a dispute. Seller will only give 65% refund. As the product they sent me is so awfull and far from the pictures I now know it is a scam and I want 100% refund. How long should I insist? Or is there no chance the Chinese seller will do total refund? Have I a case when I would make it into a claim, and will a claim assure me 100% payback? Grtz, Nele
