Hi all. I recently tried to buy an Amazon gift card through the PayPal eGift Card service. I got to the last screen, clicked "Pay now", then it showed the following message. "We're sorry, but we currently do not support international purchases" I did not know that beforehand, and that would be fine, however my bank sent an SMS that the money was still withdrawn from my account. I checked my bank card balance and the money was withdrawn. The Activity page of my PayPal account doesn't show any payment, however. I did not receive the gift card, either. Is this normal? Will I be refunded?
