April of last year I purchased a headstone for my daughter who had passed away 6 years earlier, thanks to the stimulus checks I was finally able to afford it as I’m on disability an unable to work. I talked to the company through messaging eBay the same day of the purchase of over $600 an explained I wasn’t really sure of the picture yet an my son was coming to town so we could pick it together, it was a very difficult time for us both. He informed me that was fine to take my time an send it when I was ready mind you Covid was rapidly spreading an the airport’s shut down so my son couldn’t fly an then Covid hit my family an me, my niece an my 83 year old mother all caught it an I was out of commission for months. When I was better I contacted the seller an told him we had decided on a picture an he said great to send it to him an he would get something ready for me to approve so they could get started on her stone….. That was months ago.. I’ve continuously messaged him with no reply. I’ve messaged eBay directly to no avail. The seller is still on eBay .. I just want my money back. Is there anything I can do?
