Purchase was done on website, however seller is not responding - destination of paypal is not with the email in contact form ( Also a friend of mine bought from the same shop and got another user/email in payment ) - i tried contacting the seller but no response. order is showing as processing but would like to cancel the order. Now i opened a ticket with paypal and got the following response - Thank you for reporting this case. After our review, we found that certain transactions weren't unauthorized and hence couldn't be covered by PayPal Purchase Protection. Would it be possible to open a dispute of this in say 30 days when items where never delivered ?
