Reposting this from an archived post from 2016....as it's seems to still be a problem. So I use PayPal for business use and have multiple subusers. 1 sub-user in particular is responsible for creating invoices on-site as well as depositing cash (which is only available in the app). When he logs in to the app using his user ID and password, it just tells him to check info and try again. Absolutely no issues when using PayPal's mobile & desktop site, but it seems you can't log in to a sub user account with the mobile app?
