I sold some funkos, the buyer sent me the payments based on the two different packages sent on different days. Both packages have been delivered and PayPal has the tracking info for both but she won’t release the payments. So now I don’t have the $200 in product AND I don’t have the money either. What do I do now? She won’t respond. The first package she received and the second I was 3 days late sending due to being snowed in. Over those 3 days she placed a hold on both payments (even tho she already received the first box) before I could give her the second box’s tracking. I provided the tracking for both payments in the resolution messages, they’ve been delivered but I still cannot access the money.
