Dear PayPal: I disputed a transaction on my account because I had paid for a five piece outdoor patio furniture set (included 4 chairs and a firepit table) on January 10, 2022. Money was deducted from my checking account; I never received the furniture. When I disputed it, PayPal contacted the seller (China), and they immediately provided a proof of delivery dated January 18, 2022. There are TWO discrepancies with this: 1) I was home all day on Tuesday, January 18, 2022 and swear I did not receive any deliveries; 2) the "proof of delivery" states that the shipment weighed "7.0 lbs". Seven pounds for FOUR chairs and a firepit table?? Seriously. Now PayPal is saying my case is "closed" and they've decided in favor of the seller. I think I've been scammed in a huge way. How can I get some justification? This is wrong. Thank you.
