You can either call them and log a dispute or raise the dispute through the resolution centre - you will get an email saying claim denied but you can ignore that as they will still put you in the queue with all the others waiting for refunds and contact you when it’s in motion - you need to have dispute logged to be in the list

Better to give them a call - if you use the ‘contact us’ button and select to them you should get a 6 digit passcode to get through to an automated service and then just say ‘speak to an agent’ - it worked for me

Yes thanks I spoke to them this morning and they said I didn’t need to raise another dispute - the cancelled one is in the queue with everyone else’s so I should get an email about the refund at some point - good news ! 👍

I have also raised a dispute against PayPal with my bank to see if they will get the refund actioned but will still call PayPal in the morning
