PayPal has written to me seeking that I update my details. After logging in and going through the security process, I have 2 addresses registered, one of which is a PO box. This is apparently no longer permitted. after 3 tries, I cannot edit or delete this address, with PayPal eventually logging me out each time. The Help Centre indicates: To remove an address, tap the address, then tap Remove There is no Remove button in that window and after tapping the address, whilst I can edit details readily, there is again no Remove button. I can delete all information and click the Save button and this registers a blank address and returns me to the update details window where I click next and again .... we are sorry something has gone wrong ... and I am logged out.
