Hi @PayPal_Ayesha, I have a similar issue. The instructions linked do not work for a secondary user. It seems to only work for the primary user. Is there a way that a secondary user can receive notification such as payments received?

I have been through every setting within our PayPal account and the email address that shows up on our receipt does not exist in any of the settings or users. It is an email address that is no longer checked and we do not have access to it. How can I change this email address?
