Hi all, So, we have two shareholders entered against our account that I'm trying to update the information on. When I click on Edit Information for either of them, I get the message of "We're sorry, we are not able to process your request. Please try again later." When I've retried it, I sometimes get to another screen that simply has the button stating 'Submit' with no means of editing or changing information at all. I've read that the other alternative is to delete these two shareholders and effectively re-enter them onto the account - but I can't see where I would physically do that?
