If the transaction does not show on your Activity section, this could mean that you checked out using a PayPal guest account.
When you check out using PayPal, you will receive an automatic email from PayPal. This email should have the transaction ID listed here.
In order to dispute a payment that is on a guest account, you will need to contact our customer service team directly.
To contact our Customer Service team, click 'Help' or 'Contact' at the bottom of any PayPal Webpage.
