My partner is locked out of his account (which is why I am posting here). He tried to log in and was told to reset his password for security reasons. We have a couple of issues… 1) The phone number where the verification code is to be sent is not his phone number - we don’t know whose number it is! 2)When he chooses his email for the verification code that works fine but when he tries to reset his password it says ‘Something has gone wrong at our end’ Can anyone help please? We are worried!
