paying for ebay item via payment in 3. paypal app crashed when i was making transaction so i logged out. no email from paypal confirming payment made so i paid via credit card in full instead. later i noticed paypal have taken payment (pending). i've contacted seller and theyve only received the payment i made by card. unable to raise issue on paypal site, so how do i get the paypal transaction cancelled and refunded?
