I made a purchase over a week ago and I continue to get the error message "Sorry, there was a technical error. Please try again later." I have called PayPal Credit and Synchrony Bank and neither have any help on how to solve this issue. I was wondering if anyone else has had the same issue and if they have figured out a fix for it. I have already tried different browsers, using the phone app, and clearing my cache and cookies. I'd appreciate any help.
