I am a customer, for now. I am at the point that I would like to cancel. I attempted to call and resolve my issue but literally got the run around. I disputed a transaction, won.. then got charged 2 more times. This caused my bank account to get charge -35 each time. I even have proof from PayPal that they tried to collect money from my bank twice. So now I have a negative balance and when I talked to my bank about it, they told me to contact Paypal. Then Paypal turns around and tells me to contact my bank. I then proceeded to ask for a supervisor and was told that that the Supervisor would tell me the same thing. I want these charges handles please. I have the email proof that you charged me twice and then deducted the amount from my "balance" on Paypal.
