I paid an online product via PayPal. The sender provided a FedEx tracking number but I didn’t receive the package. I called FedEx. Due to the privacy issue, Fedex couldn’t tell me the recipient and specific address the package was sent to, but they told me that I was not the recipient of the package with that tracking number and the delivery address was not my address even though the delivery address on the package was on the same street as my address. I filed a claim with PayPal but got denied. I emailed the seller to request a copy of the FedEx shipping label. I’m so frustrated and really want to get my money back.
