This is unbelievable. PayPal & PayPal Synchrony Bank is doing nothing about a clear and cut case of a seller scam.
I've been fighting this claim since 7/25/21, when I hadn't received my item from an eBay purchase.
USPS confirmed with me that the eBay seller shipped the supposed package to another address than the one listed on my PayPal account.
I've already been denied my first claim, and I'm appealing again. It's been 4 months of talking to customer service and account managers and nobody seems to know what to do.
How do I remedy this? It's ridiculous that PayPal & PayPal Synchrony claims to need 90 days to investigate, when they don't even consider the buyer's evidence straight from a government agency.
