Customer bought something and payed directly through PayPal. On a third party website it was listed as an L. We did not make the transaction through that website. But did it over dm. Now he is disputing because it was an M and not an L when he got it. My problem is I am not guaranteed the sweater will come back in the same condition. (product was a second hand sweater) Plus I lose the fees cost and all shipping. Is he in the right to dispute?
