I shipped an item to a buyer, the item took longer than usual to reach them and they opened a dispute on PayPal. After communicating with the buyer through Depop they have admitted that the item has been recieved. I added this to my response to the dispute however the dispute was resolved in the buyer's favour and I have been told to issue a refund for the item.
I have now appealed this however I am worried that it will continue to resolve in the buyer's favour despite the buyer confirming that they have recieved the item.
