I recently used my PayPal Key for a purchase on Amazon, which resulted in my Amazon account being put on hold for suspicious activity. I now need to prove ownership by providing either a billing statement or a gift card receipt (n/a in this case). The billing statement in question needs to have:
1. My name and address
2. Phone number (if possible)
3. Last 4 digits of account or card number
I have already attempted to submit a few screenshots, but none of my requests worked so far, and I'm worried that if I submit anymore times my account will be closed permanently.
