I've created secondary accounts for users who can log on to Paypal and see transactions profiles etc. These users are unable to make a purchase, from a website, just get a logon failure message, or a timeout. The management account can be used to make purchases, but i don't want to give these details to my users, who need a way to make purchases. I've tried to give these users all 27 permissions so don't believe it is a permissions issue. Trying the community as Paypal phone support is probably the worst I've ever experienced!
