Hello Ayesha, Thank you for getting back to me. I had already followed the procedure that you point out to me. While the other pre-approved payment are listed, one payment doesn't appear. I authorised it several months ago and I wish now to cancel it but I cannot do it from my Paypal account. Was this payment setup using a different procedure? The person receiving the payment will certainly suspend it if I contact him by email, but what would happen if I make a payment to a company which is not trustable and that might refuse to suspend future payments?
