I suffered a scam through Paypal.After the money sending, the scammer indicates that my money was "retained" by Paypal and that I had not arrived.After that, he told me that I should open a report / case, and then close it.I did this, without realizing that when closing the case I could no longer claim or ask for reimbursement.And I'm stagnant.Is there some other way to denounce this against PayPal and return this transaction and block the account to this scammer? help me.
