I'm in a very confusing situation. My business account is in Palau, but I am in New Zealand. I assume I accidentally selected Palau when creating a business account without realising. I've received some payments. I've connected my debit card, but when I withdrew the funds into my debit card, it later said that it was denied. Only a US bank account can be connected, which I don't and can't have. I've tried sending money to my friend in hope to move the funds out, but the funds don't even come up as an option for sending money, only my debit card appears. I'm out of ideas as to how I can transfer the funds on this Palau account out into my newly made personal NZ account. I've received some help from message centre- the staff member said that they've manually moved my funds into my NZ account, and that the transfer between the PayPal accounts internationally should occur within 24 hours. It has been more than 48 hours and the funds still have not moved. It may just be my impatience, but I believe that transferring money between PayPal accounts shouldn't take more than a day (In the past this has been always instant for me). Does anyone know how I can move money out somehow? Any help would be greatly appreciated, as I do want to continue managing my online store as soon as possible, thank you!
