Hello. Thank you for your reply, but it offers no help. I read the PayPal seller protection in it's entirety. We don't ship anything, customers physically cash out at a register in our place of business. All transactions are the same from customer to customer. We have no documentation of the sale other than the transaction itself via paypal. We don't know who the people are, we don't have any of their information, we can't get a hold of them after the sale, nothing. I have nothing to provide to Paypal for these charge-backs. Perhaps Paypal isn't the best solution for our credit card processing after all.
